The PBIMIS Team undertakes topographical surveys (or “topo surveys”) using the latest technology, equipment and software.
Topographical surveys give users the opportunity to understand a variety of data about the areas that they scan. These can include natural features, as well as man-made and artificial structures. Topo surveys are ideal for taking into account boundary lines, natural objects, walkways and buildings. They also help users to confirm and understand site levels.
The data from land surveys is available in 2D CAD formats, and even Revit or other 3D models, if you require a topo survey to support a BIM project.
A land survey is normally essential for planning purposes, such as for new buildings, drainage works, and re-positioning of boundaries.
